It has the highest levels of omega-3 per soft gel (up to 90-95%!) in the triglyceride form. Therefore, it is absorbed more quickly and easily by the body. The Vitamin D3 in the formula helps support the immune system, as well as muscle function following intense exercise.

When taken together, the EHA and the DHA in MorEPA Platinum Elite are proven to help maintain a healthy heart. Furthermore, they are linked to the maintenance of normal blood pressure and triglyceride levels. DHA also helps normal brain function and vision.

On top of this, Vitamin D3 is linked to serotonin production and good mood. A low level of Vitamin D has been associated with depression, muscle pain, low immune function and weak bones and teeth.

With food, take 1 to 3 soft gels per day. We recommend taking 1 soft gel per day, making this a 2 month’s supply of Omega 3 and Vitamin D3.
